Support

Farhollow is made by one person. Questions, faults and anything that went wrong all go to the same place, and you will get a reply from someone who worked on the thing you are asking about.

Expect a reply within a few days. There is no phone line and no live chat.

What to include

A fault is far easier to find with a little context. Where you can, send:

• The app version and build, shown on the About & Privacy screen in the game
• Your device model and iOS version
• What you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected instead
• A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see

Saved games

Saves live on your device, not on a server. There is no account to recover and nothing to restore remotely. If you delete the app, its saves go with it, though your own Apple device backups may still hold a copy.

You can delete individual characters from the save list on the main menu.

Privacy

The game collects nothing about you. The full policy is at farhollow.app/privacy, and the same text is readable inside the app with no connection needed.
